For yards with more than one week waste accumulation an initial fee will be charged.

Rates are based on average size yards. There will be a minimum $25 first time clean up fee. If the yard is large or it takes more than one hour to perform first time clean up there will be an additional charge of $25 for each additional hour we are there.

Average size yard is 50' x120' (give or take)

We will make every effort to service your yard. If we are unable to clean your yard because the gate is locked or for any other reason we will leave notification of the obstacle so it can be remedied by the time of your next scheduled visit.

A scheduled weekly visit on a specific day (weather permitting). We do work in the rain.
